The hall offers a range of accessibility features to ensure that all guests can enjoy their stay comfortably. One of the key features of Sco Ruston Hall is the ground floor bedroom, which is fully accessible for guests with mobility difficulties.
This room is perfect for guests with a wheelchair, and there are other rooms on the ground floor that can also be accessed with ease. The office, sunroom, snug, lounge, dining room, kitchen and garden are all fully accessible, ensuring that all guests can enjoy a relaxing stay at Sco Ruston Hall.

Hoveton Room benefits from a private toilet and basin ensuite.

Blue Bathroom is a fully equipped modern bathroom with freestanding bath, double basins and large walk in shower. Heated towel rail and chandelier complete the feel of the victorian style.
Oulton Ensuite offers a large walk in shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail finished to high standard with victorian style fittings.
Modern bright space with plenty of room for cooking for the household. Well equipped with cutlery, utensils , pots and pans. Also plenty of storage for your own food etc. We have a large American style fridge/ freezer and also an additional fridge. Double sink. Large range cooker with Halogen top hob, 2 ovens and separate grill. You will also find the Dolce Gusto Coffee pod machine.
Barton Room is compact with bunk bed, wardrobe storage and views over rear garden.
Wroxham Room is a grand room with impressive scale, high ceiling and lovely Georgian features original to the house and boasts a Super King size Bed. With plenty of storage, dressing table and views over the front gardens and farmland.
Horning Room is large with an impressive Georgian scale and Super King size bed. Plenty of storage in this room, with dressing table and chaises longe. Views over front gardens and farmland.
Hoveton Room is a generous size room with original features, king size bed and plenty of storage also with antique dressing table.
Salhouse Room Is our generous ground floor room with king Size bed, television and ample storage. You can also enjoy bay window views over the enclosed rear garden and benefit from convenient private access to the Sun Room.
Hickling Room is a double bedroom tastefully decorated with antique dressing table and hanging space for clothing.
Ranworth Room is a nice size with two single beds, wardrobe and dressing table. Also has the added benefit of a hand wash basin in the room and tastefully decorated with ‘William Morris’ style print wallpaper.
Oulton Room is a generous sized room, boldly decorated, with King size bed, plenty of storage and bay window views over the rear garden.
Dining Room is an impressive entertaining space with antique furniture and table large enough to seat 16. This is also where you will find the piano and Bluetooth sound bar. Has convenient access to the kitchen via the double dishwasher room.
South facing, spacious, private enclosed space with mature planting for you to enjoy. A choice of outdoor games and various seating options awaits you.
South facing relaxing space giving access to the garden and a lovely space to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.
Office has all the information about the house, local interests and attractions and also a book exchange. There is a large desk should you need to do any work whilst away.
Lounge is an inviting Georgian style room with high ceiling and original features. Large television and enough space for all.
Snug, is a centrally located relaxing space with easy access to kitchen and sunroom. There is a large television with HDMI cable for your own game console.

Norwich City centre is just 9 miles away and offers everything you'd expect in a modern city alongside fabulous historic buildings and features. From the Cathedral which was begun in 1096AD to the Norman Castle of 1067AD and the picturesque boutique shops of the Norwich Lanes, with a wealth of international restaurants and cuisine there really is something for everyone.
Wroxham is one of the most thriving locations in the Broads National Park, just 4 miles away you can find easy access to day trips and boats on the Broads as well as a multitude of local shops and food takeaways.
Norfolk Coast is a vast and varied coastline offering golden sands, Seals, seaside towns and quaint harbours to be reached within 12 miles of Sco Ruston Hall. Cromer is a traditional seaside town with many attractions including its Grade II listed Pier.
