Yes, all bed linen and one bath towel and hand towel per person are provided. There's also tea towels and oven gloves in the kitchen.
As the accommodation is self-catering, you will need to bring everything you require. However, we do provide a starter amount of: toilet rolls, washing up liquid, hand wash, and dishwasher tablets. There's also a kitchen roll and some bin bags.
Yes, we have a cot available for use (we will need to know you require it before your arrival). A mattress protector is provided, but you'll need to bring your own bedding. There is also a travel cot. We also have 2 highchairs available for use.
We know dogs are a big part of people's families, and we're happy to welcome up to 4 well-behaved dogs. We do ask they're not left alone in the house.
There is easily enough parking for the number of guests the house allows. You are welcome to park at the front of the house, or there's additional parking to the rear.
To allow our cleaners time to get the house ready, check-in is at 4pm, and on the day of your departure, you will need to leave by 10am. If there's no one in before or after your stay, we can be flexible on this, so please ask in advance of your stay.
The village of Coltishall is less than a 5-minute drive away, and you'll find several excellent pubs/restaurants. There's also Indian and Chinese takeaways and a chip shop. There's a small Londis stocking the essentials and a fuel station (not 24 hr). For larger supermarkets, the town of North Walsham is about a 10-minute drive.
Beside the house, there is a private woods you're welcome to walk through. It's also possible to walk to Coltishall via fields/quiet roads. More info is available in the house.
